# How to Use Jupiter's DEX Aggregator to Your Advantage

Desktop Guide

Jupiter is Solana's premier DEX aggregator. It scours every trading pair available across various decentralized exchanges (DEXes) and routes your trade in a way to maximize how much you receive. 

Sometimes, trading USDC -> USDT -> SOL will return you more SOL than just trading USDT -> SOL. 

Jupiter will find whatever trade route maximizes your return and execute accordingly. 

### Step 1

* Go to [Solrise.Finance](https://solrise.finance/) and click **Launch App**.

* Click **Connect Wallet** in the top right corner and then click **Solflare**.

### Step 2

* You’ll be automatically taken to the **Explore** page. Click **Manage** on the top right.

* Click on **Jupiter Swap** on the left side of the screen.

### Step 3

On the right side of the screen, you can toggle between which assets you want to trade. Currently, there is only USDC in this wallet and there is $3 of buying power. This trade is 1 USDC for the equivalent amount of SOL. You can adjust slippage in the right hand panel as well. 

* Once you've input the details of your trade, click **Setup**.

* **Approve** the transaction.

* Click **Swap USDC to SOL.**

* **Approve** the transaction.

You'll see your positions updated at the bottom of the screen.
